What this dataset contains
The Department of Census and Statistics district tables report household counts and shares for each published service category. The platform normalizes category labels without changing their meaning and retains the national row for context.
How it is used here
The chart compares the reported share of households whose main drinking-water source is the National Water Supply and Drainage Board. Other source categories remain queryable in the table.
What it cannot tell you
A source category records the response published by the census; it does not by itself establish water quality, reliability or service adequacy.
