What this dataset contains
Two Department of Census and Statistics tables supply GDP by economic activity. The platform stores current-price and constant-2015-price observations as separate series and retains the source’s revised and provisional flags.
How it is used here
The chart follows GDP at market prices in constant 2015 rupees; activity-level values and the current-price series remain available in the table.
What it cannot tell you
Current-price and constant-price values answer different questions and must not be combined into one series. The source flags 2020 to 2024 values as revised or provisional.
