What this dataset contains
This dataset stores 67,080 reachability records calculated from Metro Bus stops over the Colombo walking network. It models walking along connected streets and paths instead of drawing simple circles around each stop.
How it is used here
The live view overlays stops, routes and walking reach. It makes gaps between a nearby-looking bus line and a genuinely walkable connection easier to see.
What it cannot tell you
The result is only as complete as the OpenStreetMap walking network. Missing footpaths or crossings can shorten a catchment, while a mapped connection may still be unsafe, obstructed or inaccessible. Walking time is modelled, not observed.
