What this dataset contains
Road Development Authority inventory figures compiled by DCS for 2020–2024. The table gives A- and B-class road length for each of nine provinces and their national total, plus national expressway length. All figures are in kilometres.
How it is used here
Compare provincial A- and B-class road length in 2024 or track national expressway length over the five reported years.
What it cannot tell you
Coverage is limited to the two national-road classes and expressways; it is not the length of every public road. Provincial and local-government road networks are not included as separate inventories here. National totals overlap provincial components. Precision varies in the source, including one-decimal provincial figures for 2021. Length alone does not measure traffic, road condition, lane capacity or accessibility, and the table contains no route geometry.
