What this dataset contains

National Disaster Relief Service Centre figures compiled by DCS for 2022–2025. The tables report affected people and deaths for floods, drought, lightning, strong wind and landslides. Printed zeros are retained as zero.

How it is used here

Track people reported affected by floods or compare recorded deaths across hazard categories and years.

What it cannot tell you

These are national administrative reports, not hazard probabilities, event boundaries or estimates of future risk. Only the five published hazard categories are included. The summary does not establish whether affected people are counted more than once across events or categories, so the figures must not be summed as unique people. No district detail, asset losses or service-disruption measures are provided.
