What this dataset contains
The Central Bank of Sri Lanka workbook reports monthly remittances in USD millions from data provided by licensed banks. The platform preserves one national observation per month at the workbook’s published precision.
How it is used here
The chart shows monthly inflows from 2019 onward, while the complete table retains the series back to 2009.
What it cannot tell you
CBSL notes that the series can include other remittances, including receipts following Cyclone Ditwah, so the label should not be read as a perfect classification of every inflow.
